Reducing a Pot Belly
If you’re interested in reducing your belly, you need to do more than sit ups. Here are several things you can do to take your tummy and shrink it.

Hi my name is Debbie and I see the make overs they do on the show and was wondering how or who I could send my story to for someone to hear me and maybe help me… I have on a diet since Jan 2003 and stil am going I started out at about 400 pounds and have got down to this day at 207 and well my question is i have a lot of excess skin on my arms and more so on my belly and I’m getting ready to have total knee replacement June 29, 2009 on my left knee and I watch the biggest losser every tuesday and wish I was there but knowing my knees are like they are not possible. and would love to know who I could talk to about seeing if i can have it removed or maybe other ideas…to make myself have more confident in myself…
I have over come a lot of hurdles and have a few more to get through yet and I know with Gods help I will do it.
