Not only should you get healthy levels of hydration to keep your skin looking healthy but there are foods that promote healthier looking skin and a clearer complexion, too.

The old tale about fast food and chocolate being bad for your complexion and acne-causing definitely holds true. Your skin is your largest organ and what you eat and drink can immediately impact your skin.

Here are some foods that support and can create a healthier, more youthful glow

-antioxidants like berries
-healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil and avocado as well as fish oil and flaxseed oil
-foods rich in vitamin C and B
-whole grain foods.
